Refund policy

The main purpose of SummerSunStories is to create customised products.
We assume that every customer has specific projects ant this is why we will contact you after ordering and ask you about your project plan, just to help you to create your dream.

Despite this, in case you are not satisfied with your product, please contact us with in fourteen days (14d). 
Let's discuss what went wrong and find a solution together. 

The customer satisfaction is high important for all small business owners and of course we will give you a refund for the fabric in case no solution is found. The fabric is to be sent back to SummeSunStories and the cost of shipment will be charged.

Refunds are generally made to the customer's bank account.
In Sweden we can also refund via Swish.
