About SummerSunStories
SummerSunStories – Historically Grounded Textile Design
At SummerSunStories, we develop fabrics based on documented 18th-century textile designs, carefully adapted for modern production while preserving historical scale, colour, and character.

Each pattern in our collection is named after a remarkable woman from history — together with the year that reflects the period of the original textile.
Every design is created with respect for historical textile traditions such as indigo dyeing, calico printing, and batik, translating their visual language into fabrics suitable for garment construction today.
Our fabrics are used by historians, costume makers, reenactors, and textile enthusiasts seeking historically grounded materials for period garments.
We also offer miniature-scale prints for doll clothing and detailed craftsmanship, allowing historical designs to be explored across different scales.
