Time Management
Every customer project must be able to calculate its own risk management as possible delays or reprintings.
SummerSunStories has no responsibility in any project delays.
Customer Specific productions and Sample productions
In all Customer specific productions a sample production is highly recommended if any changes is done.
SummerSunStories has no responsibility in any customer specific productions with last second changes that can risk the end product, if no sample production is done. All Sample productions takes the same time than ordinary production.

Receive an order
The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct contact information in the form of address, recipient, phone number and e-mail address is included in the order placed. No changes or cancellations are made to placed orders. See more under the section "Change and cancel".
Feel free to check contact information and goods an extra time before you complete your purchase.
Box address is not a valid delivery address.
The phone number is used for shipping tracking, why it is highly recommended!

Delivery
SummerSunStories applies Make to order (MTO) deliveries to our customers.
MTO is a business production strategy that allows consumers to purchase products that are customized to their own ideas and specifications. It is a manufacturing process in which the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received.
Place Your order, we will contact You and You will have a possibility to customize the size of pattern and the background colour for Your end product and make it unique, - Only for You.
The Order lead time (OLT): The Order lead time is from 21 days up to 35 days depending on the production queues and season.
Shipping
For all orders the shipping cost is determined by the size and weight of the package. Shipping is calculated at checkout. When shipped You will get the Tracking number for your order via email.
Payment
Payment via Banking Transaction is highly recommended due this gives the best currency rate both for the customer and for the shop owner. Your payment will be confirmed in two banking days.
Payment is made via Shopify approved alternatives, Paypal, Banking Transaction or Swish.
Change and shred
To make an addition to an existing order, we refer to placing a new order on our website.
No changes are made to confirmed orders as this would mean delayed deliveries.
When exchanging delivered, undamaged or incorrect goods, the customer is responsible for return shipping.
Personal information
SummerSunStories processes personal data in accordance with the GDPR. Information that can be linked to you as a person will never be available for other activities or linked to other, external registers.
Liability
Due the customised products, we do not cancel cancellations of orders placed in part or in full. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the correct goods and quantity are stated at the time of purchase.

Broken packaging / Used or damaged goods
- This is highly important.
Your parcel is send with a tracking number and the parcel is sealed.
In case You pick up the parcel from a 3P terminal, and you see that it is broken, take pictures and do not sign the receive.
Take pictures, send them to: SummerSunStories@gmail.com with information where the pick up is done.
We will contact You as soon as possible for further processing.
These is always a solution.
In case you get the parcel with homedelivery and it is damaged during the shipment, please take pictures of the damage before you open the parcel. Take pictures and send them to: SummerSunStories@gmail.com
Once again, these is always a solution.
Return shipping
If you wish to return an item, you must first contact SummerSunStories via e-mail or telephone. Upon return, you will be charged the shipping cost.
