The name of the color is Tambour Storm Cloud.
It doesn’t get better than that.

This design is printed on cotton voile.
The print runs lengthwise, meaning the width of the fabric becomes the height of the dress.
The full width/height of the fabric is 140 cm.

You will need approximately 4-5 meters to create an open dress.

Please measure yourself from just under the bust to the floor.
Use this measurement to plan how much fabric you’ll need for the back of the dress.
If this length is less than 140 cm, the fabric with the border design will work perfectly.

If you prefer the design without the border, just let me know.

Inspiration to this design I have found from a Block printed Textile Fragment

The given name is Olympe de Gouges, originally Marie Gouze, born May 7, 1748 in Montauban, died by execution November 3, 1793, was a French revolutionary. She was a political activist, feminist, author and playwright. She is the author of the Declaration on the Rights of Women and Citizens (1791). De Gouges was an advocate for the rights of women, slaves and illegitimate children, and argued for a kind of welfare state and redistributive politics using taxes.
