Inspiration to this design I have found from a Block printed Textile Fragment

The Design has a border!

The design is printed lengthwise why the width of the fabric will be the hight of the fabric.
Cretonne is absolutely good enough choice for this design.
The total width/ height - from floor to neck  - of the design is 147 cm.
And the total width/ height of the Cotton Cretonne is 160 cm with the white parts.

If You would like to make a petticoat with the blue hem, please choose the Petticoat Design.

The given name is Olympe de Gouges, originally Marie Gouze, born May 7, 1748 in Montauban, died by execution November 3, 1793, was a French revolutionary. She was a political activist, feminist, author and playwright. She is the author of the Declaration on the Rights of Women and Citizens (1791).
