Below is a brief overview of the global tax and customs cost structure, depending on production location and customer type.

Production within the EU
EU private customers pay VAT in accordance with EU OSS regulations for small businesses, with Swedish VAT applied.
EU business customers with a valid VAT number must provide their VAT number; in that case, no VAT is charged (intra-EU B2B).
Swedish businesses are required to pay Swedish VAT and taxes, in line with national tax regulations.
Non-EU customers do not pay VAT, but customs duties and handling fees may apply upon import.

Production outside the EU
EU customers do not pay VAT at checkout, but customs duties and import fees apply upon import.
Non-EU customers do not pay VAT, but customs duties and import fees apply upon import.

Costs and invoicing
Customs duties and import fees are generally at a similar cost level to VAT. These costs are calculated by the shipping carrier, and the customer receives the invoice separately.

All orders are double-checked before production. Any incorrectly charged or duplicate taxes are refunded in full.
