Custom Duties and Taxes:

When the Fabric is sent directly from the production, the price in the shop is presented without taxes and the the shop will not collect any taxies. Due the complexity of the Global sales, In all orders, this is double checked and in case of any error, this will be corrected and money returned to the customer. 
The reason for Direct shipments is time saving, cost saving and environmental thinking.  
The Custom Costs are in the same Cost range than the taxes should have been and are paid separately after receiving the product. Shipping Companies Ex. DHL, has today a good routine and You will get all needed information.

Please notice that the end customer is responsible for paying the customs duty.  

Each country has specific duty rates, which is determined by a number of factors, including where you acquired the article, where it was made, and what it is made of. The duty rates can be found at country specific customs web pages. 

Customs Duty is a tariff or tax imposed on goods when transported across international borders. The purpose of Customs Duty is to protect each country's economy, residents, jobs, environment, etc., by controlling the flow of goods, especially restrictive and prohibited goods, into and out of the country.

Shipping Costs

The Shipping costs are based on fabric weight.

SummerSunStories applies Make to order (MTO) deliveries to our customers.

MTO is a business production strategy that allows consumers to purchase products that are customized to their own ideas and specifications.
It is a manufacturing process in which the production of an item begins only after a confirmed customer order is received.

The goal for this environmental friendly production strategy is to increase the customer satisfaction, involve the customers creativity in product and minimizes risk for customer disappointments, returns and unnecessary environmental pollution.

The Order lead time (OLT):

Order Lead Time means the minimum amount of time between the date of order and the date for the delivery of the product to the shipping location designated by customer. Due the MTO, the normal OLT is between approx. 21 working days from payment to product.

The Weight of the fabric:
For larger orders, the fictitious weight of the product is based on to cover the price of the shipment.
