Inspiration to this design I have found from a Indian chintz dress located in ROM.
The best choice would be Cotton Linen.
The colours will differ a bit depending on the chosen fabric type. Customer can even choose a lighter blue background colour or darker.
I have given name to this fabric after Catharina Ahlgren, born in 1734 who was a Swedish writer, publicist, poet, translator and protofeminist. She was one of Sweden's first female publishers and chief editors. She published the first magazine in Finland. Catharina Ahlgren was one of the first women in Sweden to earn a living as a publicist in the magazine industry. She was a well-known author in Sweden during the 1750s and 1770s. She was also known for her correspondence with Hedvig Charlotta Nordenflycht.
