Marie Therese de Savoie
Maria Teresa of Savoy, in French Marie-Thérèse, born January 31, 1756, was a French married princess (Countess of Berry and Artois).
Maria Teresa was one of the more unpopular figures in the royal house, where there was already an atmosphere of disapproval of foreigners marrying into the French royal house.
Maria Teresa left France with her husband at the outbreak of the French Revolution.
