Over several years, I have had the privilege of recreating custom designs at the request of Anna Djuvfeldt for Löfstad Slott. These textile projects have been developed for use within the castle environment, where new work must feel visually at home within a historic interior.

Textile for a Sofa
This floral design was recreated for use on a sofa, with close attention to decorative rhythm, historical character, and suitability for a refined castle interior.

About Löfstad Slott
Löfstad Slott, located in Östergötland outside Norrköping, is one of Sweden’s most distinguished historic country houses. With origins in the seventeenth century, it remains especially valued for its preserved interiors and strong sense of historical continuity.
The castle is known for its rich interiors, period furnishings, and connection to Emilie Piper, the last private owner of the estate. Rather than being heavily modernised, Löfstad Slott has retained much of its original atmosphere, making it an exceptional place for anyone interested in decorative arts, interiors, textiles, and Swedish cultural history.
